4th grade's final project before the switch at the quarter was an exploration of movement and line. They created silhouettes of something that could fly, either naturally or man-made. They used different types of lines to create movement in their artwork. Movement in art is how the eye moves about an artwork, but movement can also be demonstrated in the classical sense of something moving across the paper. They tried to show both types with something flying across their paper that draws the eye of the viewer.
